Only you and AES may enforce these Terms.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and we may bring proceedings in your place of residence where appropriate.

We may use Subcontractors for specific aspects of the work to be completed.
